We polled thousands of Americans. Many illegal immigrants have never paid taxes, or contributed to social security. Should a bill be passed to provide social security benefits to those illegal immigrants? Our readers feel strongly that social security benefits should only go to people who have paid for them.

One of the most common arguments is that illegals by default should not get social security benefits, because they are illegal aliens and don’t even have social security numbers. If only it were that easy.
So far, 85% of Americans polled DO NOT think illegal immigrants should be eligible for social security benefits. And 15% of Americans would like to provide free social security benefits to those who come into America illegally. Maybe those 15% should pay the bill.
That’s why we are excited about the answers to this poll. So that we can share them with those in power who can take action to preserve the way things should be.
