86% of Americans polled think restaurants SHOULD NOT be required to make gluten free food.
While we suspect that the majority of people feel restaurants should not be required to make gluten free food, others feel that the responsibility falls closer to home with lifestyle and nutritional choices being the greatest determining factor. The final poll results should be interesting.
